Qualifications for Employment
1. Majors in related disciplines such as physics, chemistry, materials science, etc., with experience in project research and application.
2. Have a preliminary understanding of the functions and process development of semiconductor equipment, and be able to quickly enter production and research and development projects according to the requirements of enterprise development.
3. Possess a sense of teamwork and professionalism, able to coordinate cooperation between different departments and improve work efficiency.
4. Pay attention to detail management and time management, be good at summarizing and optimizing work, and promote project development and production application progress.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, actively innovate, dare to take on pressure, and possess preliminary abilities in interpersonal relationship coordination and project management
6. Strong ability to collect and digest information and learn, with foresight and market awareness, honest and upright work style.
7. Work experience in semiconductor etching and other related fields is also considered for recent doctoral graduates.
Job Responsibilities
1. Promote the research and application of semiconductor equipment and components to enhance the working characteristics of product systems.
2. Develop and apply equipment and key components based on new designs, technologies, and materials to promote the application upgrade of equipment or products.
3. Participate in supplier product optimization and promote the mass production of semiconductor equipment on the client side, drive CIP updates, reduce CoC, and improve production yield.
4. Able to participate in or lead the process manufacturing and mass production optimization of semiconductor equipment according to the production requirements of the enterprise, and promote the upgrading of equipment functions.
5. Adhere to laws and regulations, comply with national rules and regulations, obey leadership, and keep company secrets confidential.
