Job description ：
1. Report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the company’s technology strategic planning and the development of technology routes;
2. Responsible for the development of key materials for batteries, including but not limited to positive and negative electrode materials, electrolyte systems, etc;
3. Responsible for the preparation of precursor materials and the development of new technologies;
4. Responsible for coordinating the technology transformation of our R&D department;
5. Track the cutting-edge technology trends of key battery materials and conduct relevant prospective research;
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in electrochemistry, physical chemistry, polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, materials physical chemistry, applied chemistry, chemical engineering and processes, etc;
2. Having management experience and the ability to independently form teams;
3. Individuals with over 3 years of work experience in the battery industry are highly sought after with generous salaries.
