Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the synthesis and development of water-based hydroxy acrylic acid dispersions (high/medium/low hydroxy) in the company, with unique insights into improving product activation period, recoating ability, boiling resistance, yellowing resistance, and other properties.
2. Have certain experience in pilot and scale-up production of water-based hydroxypropyl resin.
3. Have a certain understanding of the application, competitors, and market trends of hydroxypropyl dispersions.
4. Able to provide timely guidance, handle, coordinate, and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Hold a doctoral degree in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or other chemical related majors.
2. Have a solid theoretical foundation and relevant experimental skills, with over 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Familiar with free radical polymerization reactions and the synthesis of small molecules or polymers.
4. Passionate about work and proactive in personality.
5. Able to collaborate in a team and skilled in communication and exchange.
6. Agile thinking, strong learning ability, excellent research and innovation skills.
