Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of peripheral products for synthesizing nanospheres. Responsible for product design, screening and development of synthesis technology routes, product validation and confirmation, and other related research and development work;
2. Write patent disclosure documents, patent technology analysis reports, scientific research papers, etc;
3. Participate in the preparation and revision of technical documents (research reports, verification reports, etc.) for various stages of product design and development;
4. Participate in providing technical consulting, guidance, and training services to internal product specialists and external clients;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Functional Materials and related majors;
2. Possess strong analytical and innovative abilities, a strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution skills;
3. Strong English reading and writing skills, proficient in searching and reading English literature.
