Major. Motor or Motor Control
Job Responsibilities.
1) Responsible for the development plan of technology in the field of robot motors, and formulating implementation plans;
2) Responsible for horizontal and vertical research tasks in the field of electric motors, serving as the main person in charge to complete relevant output results;
3) Conduct research on various robot motor detection and evaluation technologies based on motor principles and related control strategies, including acceleration life model research, failure analysis research, performance evaluation test method research, etc., and provide solution suggestions for customers
4) Assist department leaders in completing the standardization and revision work in the field of robot motors, leading no less than one standard per year;
5) Assist department leaders in completing work in the motor industry, participate in no less than three technical activities, and deliver technical speeches;
6) Track the technological development and cutting-edge trends in the motor industry, analyze the technological gap between domestic and international markets, and summarize the scientific issues of “bottlenecks”; Publish no less than 2 core journal articles and apply for no less than 1 invention patent annually.
Requirement.
1) Major in motor or motor control related fields;
2) Have experience in longitudinal topics related to motors and serve as the main person in charge to complete projects;
3) Familiar with motor theory and control principles, with experience in motor design, proficient in various office software, at least one motor design software and programming language;
4) Interested in engaging in the electric motor testing industry and leveraging professional advantages to deeply cultivate testing technology;
5) Optimistic and proactive, good at learning, proactive in communication, and adept at connecting and organizing resources from all parties;
6) Fluent in English, accessible technical communication, and experience in hosting international conferences is preferred.
