Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for fundamental and forward-looking research and development related to the company’s business;
2. Responsible for Level I R&D projects at the group company level.
Job requirements.
1. A recent or previous doctoral degree is acceptable, with a major in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science;
2. Have independent experience leading experiments or research and development projects;
3. Possess strong communication and coordination skills;
4. Possess strong logical thinking ability;
5. Possess an enterprising spirit beyond endurance.
