Job Responsibilities.
Responsible for the development, application, and research of new technologies and products in the company, including but not limited to mechanical, hardware, software, algorithm, embedded, automation, electrical, visual, and other directions, and can choose one or more directions for development.
Qualification requirements.
1. Excellent talents who have obtained a doctoral degree from well-known universities both domestically and internationally;
2. My research direction is in the fields of automation, electrical, mechanical, materials and other related research areas, or I have relevant work experience;
3. Having strong research capabilities that can promote independent innovation and technological upgrading of enterprises, and having relevant experience in undertaking major technological breakthroughs or product development projects;
4. Good communication skills, adept at summarizing, abstracting, and accumulating knowledge, excellent collaboration skills, strong self drive, keen insight, and innovative ability;
5. Excellent candidates can accept fresh graduates;
6. Alternatively, companies with their own research projects may consider collaborating for development, with no restrictions on the form.
