Job description ：
Job requirements.
1. Major in chemical engineering, with a doctoral degree.
2. Familiar with the development platform of polyurethane thickening and rheological agent technology for water-based coatings, water-based inks, and water-based adhesives.
3. Responsible for initiating, developing, and testing new products, continuously improving based on issues, and following up on upgrading and adjusting old products. Responsible for writing patents.
4. Passionate about professional research work, possessing innovative thinking, and able to handle work pressure.
Work location. Guangzhou R&D Center/Shanghai R&D Center
Salary. 35000 to 70000 yuan/month+bonus+equity incentive
