Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Obtain cutting-edge information on new processes, technologies, and products, continuously improve and optimize existing technologies, and grasp industry technology and business development trends;
2. According to the company’s strategy and technological development plan, propose technical research directions and carry out the initiation, application, review, acceptance, etc. of scientific research projects;
3. Responsible for quality control during the scientific research process, and completing the data organization, processing, and analysis of the project’s new product development process, writing various scientific research reports, technical process documents, inspection standards and related documents, technical files, etc;
4. Solve technical problems encountered during the development, technological breakthroughs, production, and application of new products;
5. Organize experiments, continuously modify and improve specific experimental steps based on experimental results, change experimental conditions, solve various difficulties encountered during the experimental process, and explore the best process parameters;
6. Other related tasks arranged by the leader.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Major in chemical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering and technology, light industry and textile, materials related fields, with a doctoral degree;
2. Have a solid professional theoretical foundation, technical work experience, and familiarity with technical means in the field of expertise;
3. Ability to guide key technological innovations in products;
4. Maintain good physical health, abide by laws and regulations, and have a good personal credit record.
