Job description ：
Duty
1. According to the project schedule, design experiments reasonably and implement them in a timely and careful manner.
2. Collaborate/independently to repeat difficult projects and new projects of certain difficulty.
3. Able to independently complete experimental steps, proficient in product separation, spectrum analysis, and structural identification;
4. Able to independently analyze and solve problems encountered in experiments, and be good at summarizing.
5. Able to independently conduct experimental operations with or without detailed methods reported in literature
Qualifications for the position
1. Major in organic synthesis, organic chemical engineering, pharmaceutical synthesis, pharmaceutical engineering, etc.;
2. Doctoral degree;
3. Rich experience in organic synthesis laboratory, proficient in experimental operation, familiar with various organic synthesis operations, solid professional knowledge, strong learning ability, hands-on ability, and ability to analyze and solve problems.;
4. Hardworking and dedicated spirit, good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
