Job description ：
Job requirements.
1. Major in chemical engineering, with a doctoral degree.
2. Responsible for synthesizing special polyols PUA、PUD、 Research and development of water-based epoxy resin and curing agent products.
3. Responsible for initiating, developing, and testing new products, continuously improving based on issues, and following up on upgrading and adjusting old products.
4. Responsible for writing patents.
5. Passionate about professional research work, possessing innovative thinking, and able to handle work pressure.
