Job description.
1. Major in chemical engineering, with a doctoral degree.
2. Responsible for the research and development of water-based epoxy resins and water-based epoxy curing agents for the company.
3. Responsible for initiating, developing, and testing new products, continuously improving based on issues, and following up on upgrading and adjusting old products.
4. Responsible for writing patents.
5. Passionate about professional research work, possessing innovative thinking, and able to handle work pressure.
Work location. Guangzhou R&D Center/Shanghai R&D Center
Salary. 20000 to 50000 yuan/month+bonus+equity incentive
