Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for device physics and developing physical models, including optical, electrical, and thermal aspects in semiconductor lasers and modulators
2. Have a profound understanding of device physics, establish the connection between performance and design through data analysis
3. Conduct semiconductor laser design, chip manufacturing process, reliability, and fault analysis
Job requirements.
1. Master’s/PhD degree, majoring in Physics, Optics, and Electronics (EE)
2. Have a solid foundation in semiconductor physics;
3. Have design experience and simulation modeling capabilities in semiconductor optoelectronic device epitaxy, such as InP based DFB and EML;
4. Capable of designing and simulating high-speed RF circuits;
5. Have practical experience in semiconductor laser design, chip manufacturing, reliability, and fault analysis. Candidates with practical experience in DFB laser design are preferred;
6. More than two years of experience in designing and developing semiconductor optoelectronic devices based on InP, such as DFB lasers EML、 Experience in tunable lasers, including device design and modeling, photolithography drawing, wafer manufacturing process design, packaging, etc. is preferred.
7. Strong ability to analyze device testing data.
8. Good English and Mandarin reading and writing skills, with experience in designing software, Matlab, or other device related software preferred;
9. Proactive, trustworthy, and possess team spirit;
