Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of fundamental and forward-looking projects related to the company’s business;
2. Responsible for projects that meet the company’s long-term strategic goals and short-term business plans, with high technical feasibility and innovation;
3. Responsible for projects involving new technologies or material development that can significantly promote industry technological progress or open up new markets, fill internal process gaps, significantly enhance the company’s competitiveness in the industry, and have a significant impact on the company’s long-term development;
4. Responsible for large-scale R&D funding, personnel, and equipment investment, including long-term R&D and trial production stage R&D projects.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in chemical engineering/chemistry or related fields;
2. Experience in semiconductor packaging testing projects is preferred;
3. Possess strong logical thinking;
4. Possess an enterprising spirit beyond endurance.
