Job description. PhD or above, fluent in spoken English; Senior PM+FAE leader, technical direction+management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for liaising with the company’s key major clients, FAE, and PM team management/project management;
2. Responsible for planning and executing new technology research and development, new project application, technology updates and upgrades, etc., to promote the improvement and development of the company’s technology application capabilities;
3. Responsible for project requirement analysis, developing project plans, tracking project progress and risk management, coordinating cooperation among project team members and communication between the project team and external parties, ensuring that the project meets the corresponding technical indicators according to the planned milestones and ultimately achieves smooth mass production;
4. Provide technical support to internal and external customers, timely upgrade key issues, and coordinate and drive internal resources to solve them;
5. Support sales, business, production, quality and other departments to jointly complete company business and achieve company performance growth.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, major in chemistry, materials science, electronics or related fields;
2. Experience in connecting with international major clients in industries such as intelligent manufacturing, new processes, and high-tech materials;
3. Over 3 years of project management experience and over 2 years of team management experience.
4. Strong technical management, project management, and team management skills;
5. Capable of organizing analysis and decision-making implementation based on actual resources, and possessing forward-looking technical thinking;
6. Able to communicate fluently in spoken English.
