Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Technical research. Engaged in research on power electronic power conversion technologies such as photovoltaics and energy storage, including but not limited to control, topology, system applications, etc;
2. Platform construction. Organize members to complete the development/system scheme design of medium and large-scale projects, and lead the development of key technologies for the projects;
3. Team building. project technical team management and construction, cultivating and improving team technical level and problem-solving ability;
4. Responsible for optimizing breakthroughs in technical points, accumulating and reserving advanced technologies.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, control engineering, and related fields;
2. Possess theoretical research and practical capabilities in the fields of new energy power electronics, power systems, and high penetration grid connected applications of new energy;
3. Proficient in a certain field of power electronics, familiar with the industry development and cutting-edge technologies of power electronic devices, topologies, and controls;
4. Ability to independently conduct research, literature review, explore and validate new technologies;
5. Capable of team management and leading the team to complete project development.
