Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Independently responsible for the research and development of semiconductor laser chips in the company;
2. Responsible for the development of high-power semiconductor laser chips (including epitaxial structure design, device structure design, wafer fabrication process design, etc.), analyzing and optimizing the performance and reliability of semiconductor laser chips, and achieving product conversion goals;
3. Coordinate the work arrangements for epitaxial growth, wafer fabrication, coating, packaging and testing, aging, and FMA of laser chip products;
4. Identify, analyze, organize discussions, and resolve product issues, and promptly summarize and report on them;
5. Organize and guide the work of employees within the group, enhance individual abilities and team cohesion;
6. Understand and follow up on client requirements, quickly solve customer problems, and provide products that meet customer needs;
7. Responsible for or involved in the application and implementation of product development projects;
8. Specific salary negotiable.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Major in science and engineering, with a doctoral degree;
2. More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor laser chip development and design;
3. Gain a deep understanding of the principles and various aspects of semiconductor lasers, be familiar with the development processes of semiconductor laser epitaxy, wafer fabrication, and testing, and possess the ability to solve key problems;
4. Master one or several key technologies such as chip epitaxy, photolithography, coating, packaging, etc., with priority given to those with domestically leading or internationally advanced levels in this technology.
5. Experience in product development is preferred;
6. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-restraint, high work enthusiasm, ability to work independently and withstand pressure; Having good logical thinking ability, communication and collaboration skills, and a strong team spirit;
7. Possess good written writing skills, meticulous work, and project application experience is preferred.
