Job Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Experience in the research and development of in vitro directed differentiation technology for stem cells, including progress in differentiation and clinical translation of other lineages, application of new technologies and methods, etc; Resolve technical challenges encountered during project implementation, such as domesticating traditional 2D cultured cells to technologies that enable 3D cultivation;
2. Familiar with the development and optimization of 2D stem cell culture processes, able to provide guidance on experimental plans and strategies;
3. Familiar with the quality research of 2D stem cell technology, impurity research, and stability research;
4. Experience in independently developing 3D amplification and mature technologies, leading the research and summary of all other cell 3D amplification and mature technology developments, and successfully applying research results to R&D projects;
5. Being able to participate in the research and development of core cell therapy technologies, such as cell residue analysis methods, technologies to enhance the potential for precursor cell expansion, the development of safer new cryoprotectants that can directly enter the human body, and the development of other key quality control and detection methods;
6. Doctoral degree or above, with excellent qualifications, can be relaxed to master’s degree or above.
7. More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
