Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for designing experiments to comprehensively evaluate the safety, consistency, and other core performance of various energy storage cells, and recommending suitable cells to the energy storage system development department based on different energy storage application scenarios.
2. Responsible for coordinating with the energy storage system development department to meet the demand for battery cells, ensuring the introduction of high-quality energy storage battery cell suppliers; Regularly conduct supplier audits and cooperate with the quality department to control the quality of incoming materials from the source.
3. Based on the fault feedback from the energy storage system department, analyze various fault problems caused by battery cells, and cooperate with suppliers to locate faults and carry out battery cell renovation work.
Qualifications for the position
1. More than 5 years of work experience in leading lithium battery companies, familiar with various battery product models and performance, experience in lithium battery design and development or process development is preferred.
2. Master’s degree or above, majoring in materials science, electrochemistry, and chemical processes. English is preferred as a working language.
