Job description ：
Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the characteristics of skin drugs and literature search, complete the design of pharmacological efficacy experiments, experimental operations, data processing, experimental records, and experimental report writing, timely report the stage research results, and propose follow-up research plans;
2. According to the project content, collaborate with relevant new drug registration and patent application materials to write;
3. Participate in the exploration of biomarkers in clinical trials of ongoing projects, evaluate and validate pharmacological indicators;
4. Participate in technical communication and coordination with CRO and other business units and management departments to ensure that the research progress, quality, and management of the project are under control;
5. Pay attention to the progress of new drug research and development at home and abroad, collect research materials in relevant fields, and participate in new drug project research;
6. Other work tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, majoring in pharmacology, toxicology, biochemical pharmacy, pharmacokinetics, animal immunology and other related fields;
2. Having a professional background in pharmacology and drug efficacy, mastering basic relevant professional knowledge, familiar with animal and cell experiment operations;
3. Have good literature research ability and be able to explain the mechanism of new drugs;
4. Agile in response, strong in learning ability, and passionate about new drug research and development work.
The workplace can be either Nanjing or Wuxi headquarters
