Job description ：
Job content
1. Responsible for developing industrial and commercial energy storage PCS technology solutions, leading the team to complete product development;
2. Responsible for the overall design of energy storage PCS software and hardware, and working with hardware and software engineers to determine the system solution;
3. Responsible for the design and implementation of specific software modules, the design of control algorithms, and the optimization of software platform construction;
4. Responsible for guiding PCS testing work and optimizing design plans based on test results;
5. Analyze the technical difficulties and issues between the front-end client and back-end production products, and optimize and iterate product design.
Ability requirements
1. Experience in research and development of photovoltaic inverters, energy storage PCS, and power products;
2. Independently complete the complete product design process of PCS, deeply understand the theory and design of power electronic devices and circuits, proficient in core control algorithms related to power electronic energy storage, inverters, rectifiers, etc;
3. Familiar with DSP/ARM applications and proficient in using programming languages;
4. Familiar with control strategies in the field of new energy (such as wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage, or frequency converters);
5. Proficient in electrical simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, saber, etc.;
6. Familiar with EMC, safety regulations, and relevant national or international standards;
7. Have a certain understanding of PCS heat dissipation design and communication design;
8. Good team communication and collaboration skills, able to endure hardship and endure hardship.
9. PhD or above in power electronics and power transmission, control engineering, automation related majors.
