Job description ：
Main responsibilities.
1. Responsible for MEMS technology research and technical pre research (accelerometer direction);
2. Propose project improvement suggestions and innovative technical solutions;
3. Actively promote the development of new projects;
4. Collaborate to complete system level analysis of micro inertial devices;
5. Responsible for MEMS device design;
5. Developing MEMS device manufacturing processes;
6. Test MEMS devices and assist in building corresponding detection devices;
7. Assist in system integration and related debugging work;
8. Capable of independently thinking and solving problems encountered in design, and providing constructive suggestions.
Job requirements.
1. Microelectronics, Machinery, MEMS， PhD or above in materials or related fields, with over five years of work experience, overseas background is preferred;
2. Familiar with the working principle of micro inertial devices and have a good foundation in mechanics;
3. Experience in MEMS design and MEMS production processes;
4. Proficient in using relevant finite element analysis and layout software;
5. Proficient in using data calculation and analysis software such as MATLAB;
6. Skilled in innovation, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
