Job description ：
1. Based on the mechanism of action of the product itself, provide clinical data collection and organization work for product positioning and value mining, implement and form effective documents;
2. Participate in project research and communicate with clinical experts on the plan; Undertake the medical design and writing of clinical research plans and related documents;
4. Communicate and collaborate effectively with pharmaceutical research and development, registration, and project management teams, providing medical support, medical training, and delivering documents that comply with regulations, standards, and guidelines;
5. Familiar with the medical monitoring process, skilled in clinical data tracking, able to independently complete medical professional data analysis (such as stage summary), evaluation, and follow up on similar products/medical progress at home and abroad; Review statistical reports, etc;
6. Participate in clinical protocol discussion and summary meetings, and provide relevant academic support; Responsible for screening, initiating, inspecting, and closing projects, and maintaining good cooperative relationships with key researchers.
Job requirements.
1. Medical related major, doctoral degree;
2. Have keen insight, understand the latest technological developments in the industry, and be able to grasp the direction of industry business development;
3. Passionate about pharmaceutical related research, with a drive for progress, a sense of responsibility and dedication, good communication skills, the ability to manage teams and projects, and a spirit of teamwork.
