Job Description.
Responsible for strategic planning and operational management of the company’s research institute and subsidiaries, planning, guiding, coordinating, and managing the development of the institute’s business;
Develop annual business plans and budget proposals and implement controls to ensure the normal operation of the research institute;
Establish a research and development management system, including organizational structure, personnel allocation, workflow, etc., to ensure the efficient and orderly development of the research institute’s work;
Responsible for maintaining and managing the internal and external relationships of the research institute, and promoting the optimization and improvement of internal processes;
Participate in or lead the research and review of major technological breakthrough projects, propose innovative suggestions, and promote their implementation;
Cooperate with leaders to complete various tasks of the research institute;
Organize the R&D team to complete various project applications and acceptance work;
Assist relevant personnel of the research institute in completing various research tasks and provide technical support services;
Responsible for organizing the writing of research reports to provide reference for company decision-making;
Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders;
Job requirements.
PhD degree, with over ten years of relevant work experience in the field of electrochemistry/new materials;
Priority consideration given to those with a background in the new energy industry;
Having excellent communication and coordination skills as well as good resilience to pressure;
Having a good team spirit of cooperation;
Familiar with new battery materials and battery structure systems at home and abroad, proficient in advanced analysis methods and process technologies;
Have good professional ethics and conduct, abide by laws and regulations;
Comply with company rules and regulations;
