Job description.
1. Design and optimization of intelligent detection system. Responsible for the design and optimization of intelligent detection system, including hardware selection, software programming, algorithm development, etc., to improve detection efficiency and accuracy.
2. Development of testing standards. Based on product characteristics and customer needs, develop appropriate testing standards and processes to ensure product quality meets requirements.
3. Data analysis and reporting. Collect, analyze, and process testing data to form detailed testing reports, providing a basis for product improvement and decision-making.
4. Technical support and training. Provide technical support to production, research and development departments, solve problems encountered during the testing process, and provide training to relevant personnel to enhance the overall testing ability of the team.
5. Research and application of new technologies. Pay attention to industry trends and new technology developments, explore the application of new technologies in the field of intelligent detection, and promote technological innovation and upgrading.
6. Team leadership and project management.
6.1 Develop a development plan, research plan, and annual work objectives for the intelligent detection technology of the research institute based on its objectives.
6.2 Lead the intelligent detection research team, carry out team building and management, and improve the overall technical level and work efficiency of the team.
6.3 Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and acceptance of intelligent detection research projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time and with quality.
Job requirements.
1. Having over 8 years of experience in intelligent testing research for connectors or related industries, with successful leadership or participation in major testing projects, especially in the fields of intelligent testing, automation testing, etc., is preferred.
2. Requirement for College English Test Band 6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and possessing good English speaking skills.
3. Having solid knowledge in electronics, automation, computer and other related fields, proficient in the basic principles and methods of intelligent detection technology;
