Job Responsibilities.
As a technical backbone, participate in planning the development strategy of power electronics and formulating technical routes. Enhance Midea’s competitiveness in the field of power electronic power conversion through advanced power electronic digital control technology;
2. Lead/participate in the preliminary research and technological productization work of the power electronics technology platform, combine with the group’s industrial layout planning in the fields of energy storage, high power density converters, wide bandgap semiconductor applications, etc., communicate with relevant business units to meet their needs, jointly initiate projects, and effectively implement them;
3. Based on customer needs, lead the construction of system software architecture, and complete the design and debugging of the software platform;
4. Explore cutting-edge technologies in the field of power electronics and vigorously promote the industrialization of new technologies.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD or above, major in Power Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Industrial Automation or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of research and development work experience;
3. Have team spirit, good communication and coordination skills;
4. Familiar with modeling and control algorithms of power electronic converters, able to independently design control algorithms for converters, and solve problems such as dynamic response, stability, and control accuracy of converters;
5. Familiar with various topologies and control principles of AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC converters;
6. Having relevant development experience in TI DSP, ARM, and FPGA, capable of independently developing software platforms;
7. Familiar with using power electronics simulation software and design software, such as MATLAB, PLECS, PSIM, CCS, etc.
