Job Responsibilities.

1. Have relevant experience in servo motor/linear motor debugging, motion control, etc., familiar with motion control algorithms and trajectory planning algorithms;
2. Capable of simulating motion control systems and studying the motor response effects under different control algorithms;
3. I have research and development experience in fast motor motion tuning, motion compensation control, and vibration suppression algorithms, and have a certain understanding of precision equipment’s accuracy/repeatability/straightness/flatness/orthogonality and other indicators;
4. Selection of servo motor/linear motor, encoder, grating ruler, familiar with motor drive, communication protocol, etc., and read motor operation
Sampling data of motion trajectory is used to achieve precise motion control through feedback system.
5. Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C/C++, Python, etc., able to use embedded systems or upper computer programs to implement algorithm control and motor debugging.
6. Responsible for the research and development project of control systems, developing stage plans based on research and development goals, building experimental platforms, developing testing plans, etc., applying control technology to products, and promoting project implementation.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or above, major in automation, electrical, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc;
2. Familiar with the principles of automatic control and familiar with the design methods of commonly used controllers such as PID, MPC, LOR, etc..
3. Familiar with servo/linear motor drive and communication, able to independently debug motors and feedback components;
4. Priority is given to research and development experience in precision XY platforms, translational robotic arms, etc; Familiar with vibration suppression, trajectory accuracy compensation, kinematic calibration, and motor rapid tuning technology is preferred;
5. Having project management awareness, able to break down project goals and develop time plans, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
