Job description ：
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for formula development and mechanism research of polymers in formulas;
2. Responsible for the synthesis of adhesives;
3. Management of negative electrode synthesis laboratory;
4. Responsible for reverse analysis of adhesives.
2、 Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above;
2. Majors related to polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, materials science, etc.;
3. Familiar with the basic principles and production processes of lithium batteries, familiar with the performance requirements and testing methods of lithium batteries, and have a certain basic knowledge of materials, thermodynamics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.;
4. English CET-6, fluent in spoken English is preferred.
