Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development, technical expertise, optimization, and related process research of the company’s antibody drug cell culture technology;
2. Lead the drafting, revision, and review of documents related to cell culture.
3. Lead the evaluation and validation of cell culture, including but not limited to. technology transfer, process characterization, process validation, and cleanliness validation.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in pharmaceutical or fermentation related disciplines, with a research focus on protein expression mechanisms and mechanisms;
2. Familiar with cell culture technology, production process control, and cost control;
3. Familiar with technology transfer and process characterization, familiar with regulatory requirements and guidelines such as NMPA, EU, FDA, ICH, etc;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, proficient in statistical analysis;
5. Strong team management skills, able to perform English listening, speaking, reading, and writing without barriers.
