Job description :
1、 Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of auxiliary materials (adhesives, conductive agents, additives) products, undertaking the responsibilities of preliminary research, planning output, progress control, and resource coordination;
2. According to the demand of the energy storage market, assist the development manager of advanced chemical systems in designing the structure and working principle of energy storage chemical systems, optimize the chemical formula and preparation process of key components such as electrode materials, electrolytes, and separators, in order to improve energy storage efficiency and system stability;
3. Responsible for developing and implementing experimental plans during the research and development process, organizing and analyzing experimental data, generating reports, and researching solutions to process and mechanism issues that arise during the development of positive and negative electrode formulas and chemical systems;
4. Write detailed technical reports, patent application materials, and research reports, clearly explaining experimental design, result analysis, technological innovation points, and subsequent research and development suggestions;
5. Assist the manager of advanced chemical system development, participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of chemical system development projects, including project budget control, schedule arrangement, risk management, etc;
6. Responsible for the safety and maintenance of relevant laboratories.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree or above;
2. Major in materials science, electrochemistry, physical chemistry, etc., with a background in polymer physics and polymer synthesis preferred;
3. Master professional knowledge related to material structure, such as crystal materials, solid-state physics/chemistry, electrochemical principles, etc.;
4. Master material related structural and performance characterization methods (XRD/TEM/XPS/FTIR/Raman, etc.), DOE design ability, and mathematical statistical analysis ability;
5. Understand the utility of common adhesives, understand the processing and characterization methods of adhesives and electrodes;
6. Basic qualities. sincerity, self drive, self reflection, resilience.
