Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the development and application of large models, continuously improving model performance and accuracy;
2. Participate in the implementation of large models in various business scenarios, provide technical support and solutions;
3. Track and research the latest technologies and trends in the field of big models, and promote the team’s technological innovation;
4. Participate in the daily management and technical training of the R&D team to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
Job requirements.
1. PhD or postdoctoral fellow, majoring in artificial intelligence or big data related fields.
2. Have experience in developing and applying large models, familiar with deep learning frameworks and algorithms;
3. Strong programming and algorithm implementation skills;
4. Familiar with large-scale model applications in fields such as natural language processing and computer vision;
5. Possess good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand certain work pressure
