Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the design and verification of electromagnetic functional materials and structures, as well as the evaluation and testing of electromagnetic characteristics, with relevant testing experience;
2. Responsible for tackling key/difficult project functional and technical issues, and combining relevant specialties to complete product design and development under engineering boundary conditions;
3. Responsible for theoretical research related to electromagnetic fields, conducting modeling, simulation, optimization and other work, and cooperating with the testing department for testing and verification;
4. Participate in research and development testing, and write design proposal reports;
5. Responsible for or involved in the engineering transformation process, cooperating with process engineers to complete the design;
6. Participate in the technical breakthrough work of pre research projects for aviation composite metamaterial products.
Job requirements.
1. Master’s degree or above, with a solid theoretical foundation in electromagnetic fields and waves, and in-depth research on the mechanisms of microstructure and electromagnetic waves;
2. Responsible, psychologically mature, with certain pressure bearing ability, able to coordinate work and life well, and willing to accept irregular business trips;
3. Proficient in using electromagnetic simulation software (CST/HFSS/FEKO/PROE/CATIA/MATLAB, etc.);
4. Experience in microwave/infrared related research and design, or in aerospace, antenna, radar related fields is preferred.
5. Wide knowledge base, understanding industry trends and development directions.
