Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the pre research work of sequencing technology required for the new sequencing system, including exploring cutting-edge technologies such as sequencing library amplification, sequencing chips, and sequencing chemistry, and conducting feasibility analysis;
2. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of sequencing reagents to improve the performance of the sequencing platform, such as read length, throughput, accuracy, and other objectives;
3. Responsible for analyzing quality issues related to reagents in R&D and production, identifying the causes, and proposing solutions;
4. Responsible for technical coordination with external suppliers, completing relevant material evaluations and certifications;
5. According to the requirements of the quality system, write process development plans, reports, process records, SOPs, and other related documents;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements.
1. Major in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, or related fields, with a doctoral degree, and fresh graduates are acceptable;
2. Proficient in molecular biology or biochemistry related experimental operations, with strong abilities in experimental design and data analysis. Experience in biochemical experiments or nucleic acid amplification research with fluorescence signal collection is preferred;
3. Research experience in the field of NGS, with priority given to NGS sequencing chemistry development or IVD product development;
4. Proficient in using professional databases, with strong English literature research and reading abilities;
5. Possess good communication and expression skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a certain level of stress resistance;
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
