Job requirements
1. Battery algorithm system scheme and architecture design;
2. Based on the product’s requirements for algorithm accuracy, conduct systematic analysis and judgment, develop a reasonable optimization path, and carry out debugging and verification;
3. Pre research and engineering implementation of cutting-edge battery algorithm technologies;
4. Writing technical documents such as algorithm requirements, design, and testing;
5. Management work such as reserve talent cultivation;
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree, with over 3 years of experience in software programming and model development;
Have experience in developing algorithms for lithium battery management systems.
Master the knowledge of C language, M language, Python language and software design, understand compilation principles and the working mechanism of MCU;
2. Master and understand the relevant knowledge of real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Rt thread);
3. Thoroughly understand the electrochemical characteristics of common types of battery cells (e.g. ternary, lithium iron, manganese iron lithium, etc.) and the influence of related electrochemical parameters on cell performance;
4. Familiar with the requirements of battery algorithms for BMS hardware and embedded software systems, able to accurately evaluate the impact of system requirements on algorithms;
5. Proficient in model simulation, MIL testing, HIL testing, and code generation, capable of batch processing and analysis of testing and simulation data.
6. Familiar with software product development process, software design specifications and related knowledge of software design process;
7. Proficient in model simulation, code generation, embedded software debugging, and the use of testing instruments and equipment;
8. Have good English technical document reading ability, proficient in writing software product manuals and technical report materials;
9. Clear logical thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to smoothly present technical reports.
