Job description :
Job Responsibilities.
1. Grasp the system architecture and optimization direction of the product, analyze and handle system related issues in the product development process, lead relevant engineering teams to solve technical problems in R&D, and continuously improve and optimize the system;
2. Responsible for industry technology research, including research on the current status of vehicle technology and component technology. Based on the research conclusions, promote the research and development direction and optimization improvement of our company’s products;
3. Responsible for building and optimizing a platform framework for AI algorithms for binocular cameras, including but not limited to adaptive algorithms, machine learning, model training, and other related content;
4. Analyze the computational performance of NPU/GPU/DLA/DSP/ARM and determine the computing power bottleneck, optimize the model structure, operator implementation, and task scheduling optimization;
5. Responsible for the research and development of optimization techniques for AI models and algorithms, including quantification, distillation, pruning, operator optimization, preprocessing GPU acceleration, etc.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degree in computer science, pattern recognition, mathematics, robotics, electronic engineering or related fields;
2. At least 2 years of practical experience in transplanting visual perception algorithms, radar or LiDAR perception, BEV perception, sensor fusion, and model deployment;
3. Familiar with basic computer vision libraries and deep learning libraries, such as ACL/Classes/Publishers/CuDNN/TensorRT;
4. Experience in optimizing compression models, CUDA programming, and developing and optimizing heterogeneous computing platforms such as NPU/DSP/GPU is preferred;
5. Publishing articles in relevant conferences/journals or having equivalent experience is preferred.
