Design compound semiconductor device structures based on RFFE product requirements and process capabilities
Conduct TCAD simulation as needed and propose optimization solutions for devices
Develop a testing plan for the device and analyze the results, including the performance and reliability of all aspects of the device
Collaborate with process engineers to solve device related issues in the manufacturing process
While tracking the development of cutting-edge compound semiconductor devices internationally, establish independent proprietary devices
technology and IP
Job requirements.
Major in microelectronics, physics, etc., doctoral degree;
Having profound knowledge of compound semiconductors;
Have some experience in compound semiconductor processes or material growth;
Has initiative, team spirit, and good communication skills;
