Job requirements.
Educational background. Research direction in nanotechnology, superconductivity, surfaces, quantum materials, two-dimensional materials, etc., with a doctoral degree.
Professional skills.
1. Having a solid foundation in physics, with a deep understanding of vacuum technology, ultra-low temperature acquisition, ultra precision measurement of physical properties in scientific research fields, thin film deposition mechanisms, plasma physics, and more.
2. Having excellent experimental design and operation skills, able to independently complete experiments, analyze and solve problems encountered in experiments, facilitate communication with customers, and establish long-term relationships.
Comprehensive quality.
1. Having excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently across departments and promote the smooth progress of projects.
2. Having excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, being able to quickly understand complex problems and propose innovative solutions, these abilities enable you to work more happily and efficiently.
3. Maintain a strong interest and sustained curiosity in natural sciences, love scientific research and equipment development, and be passionate about the scientific instrument industry.
Experience advantage.
1. Experience in building, debugging, or maintaining instruments and equipment related to vacuum systems, optical equipment, ultra-low temperature environmental systems, and surface physical transport measurements is preferred.
2. Graduate students who focus on quantum, topological material/device preparation, testing and characterization will be more competitive.
