Job description.
1. Responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of mixed signal and other RF circuits;
2. Work closely with layout engineers to complete layout work and ensure the quality of layout implementation;
3. Complete module design, testing related documents, and cooperate to complete other chip documents;
4. Participate in chip verification testing and debugging with testing engineers;
5. Support chip mass production related matters;
6. Responsible for planning relevant key technologies and improving long-term technical capabilities.
Qualifications for the position.
1. Doctoral degree, major in microelectronics, with no limitation on work experience;
2. Able to work under high pressure and possess strong independent thinking, learning, and problem-solving skills;
3. Familiar with the design of mixed analog circuits such as ADC/DAC/FLT and basic analog blocks.
4. Familiar with Cadence simulation circuit design tools, such as Composer, Virtuoso， And simulation tools such as Spectre, HSPICE, etc;
5. Familiar with semiconductor processes and procedures, with experience in successfully designing SoC chips preferred;
6. Good communication skills, team spirit, and high level of cooperation in projects;
