Job description.
1. Responsible for the development of the discipline, keeping abreast of the latest domestic and international trends, and suggesting adjustments to the direction of the discipline’s development,
2. Proactively assist the subject director in developing and introducing new subject projects, assist in preparing market project materials, and promote projects,
3. Responsible for quality management of the discipline, guiding the validation experimental procedures of immunology projects, and establishing the performance of the immune room detection system.
4. Analyze and solve technical problems to ensure timely remedial measures can be taken when the experimental operating system deviates from the established laboratory operating procedures.
5. Responsible for customer training and marketing personnel training.
6. Assist superiors in investigating and analyzing complaints from the undergraduate department, and develop corresponding corrective and preventive measures.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements.
1. Medical related majors and doctoral degrees;
2. CET-6, with good technical application ability and innovation ability;
3. Good communication skills, establish a positive team working atmosphere, and promote efficient completion of work within the team.
