Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for optimizing control parameters for the upstream and downstream production of viruses used in gene therapy and cell therapy drugs based on quality attributes and yield/yield, and developing new processes;
2. Responsible for establishing technical processes such as production and quality control of new vectors and viruses for gene therapy;
3. Participate in the writing of CMC application content for gene therapy drugs;
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degrees in basic medicine, immunology, virology, genetics, biochemistry, and related fields;
2. Proficient in molecular biology, cytology, immunology related background knowledge and experimental skills; Experience in cell culture, designing and constructing complex plasmids, and using various viral vectors; Can independently propose, design, conduct research projects and analyze data;
3. Proficient in reviewing domestic and foreign literature and communicating technical details with colleagues in Europe and America;
4. Has innovative thinking in scientific research, rigorous scientific attitude, and has published SCI articles as the first author;
5. Both fresh graduates and those with work experience are welcome, with priority given to those with work experience.
