National Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneity Integration is recruiting teachers
1、 Laboratory Introduction
The National Key Laboratory of Radio Frequency Heterogeneity Integration (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory) has been approved by relevant national departments and is led by Shenzhen University, with the participation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and ZTE Corporation. The laboratory conducts systematic and in-depth original and forward-looking basic research and core technology breakthroughs around the key scientific and technological issues of RF heterogeneous integration, understands the basic principles, masters theoretical methods and core technologies, forms RF heterogeneous integration capabilities, platforms and standards, and develops a series of RF heterogeneous integrated circuit systems that meet major national needs. Laboratory research will promote the development of lane changing overtaking in integrated circuits and the rapid advancement of information system integration technology, achieving a transformation and leap from integrated circuits to integrated systems.

3、 Urgent need for talent
1. EDA tool development talents
EDA software development is carried out for simulation, design, process, verification and other requirements of RF heterogeneous integrated systems, including advanced computational electromagnetic field algorithms, coupled multi physics field simulation algorithms, material and process simulation algorithms, automated agile design methods, modeling and verification algorithms, etc., to achieve simulation modeling and optimization design of RF and high-speed devices, chips, packaging, systems, etc., solve manufacturability design, reliability design, testability design problems, and support efficient research and development of RF integrated systems.
2. Talents in RF chip and system design
(1) RF millimeter wave chip design. Design of silicon-based and compound semiconductor RF millimeter wave chips, including phased array transceiver front-end, digital reconfigurable transceiver, functional unit devices, multifunctional front-end, integrated passive devices, etc;
(2) Design of RF millimeter wave system. RF millimeter wave integrated microsystem design, including LTCC based, resin based wafer level fan out, silicon-based 3D integrated transceiver front-end packaging system (SiP) and active package antenna (AiP), single-chip RF millimeter wave heterogeneous integrated circuit, chip based RF millimeter wave integrated circuit, and cross scale integrated RF microsystem design and development.
3. Optoelectronic integration R&D talents
(1) Design and development of MOCVD, MBE epitaxial growth of III-V compound semiconductor materials and related new high-performance semiconductor optoelectronic and electronic devices;
(2) Research and application of microelectronics, optoelectronic chips, as well as heterogeneous integrated chips and systems.
4. Talents in measurability research
Research on Design for Testability (DFT) and testing characterization methods for RF integrated circuits, develop RF testing instruments and automated testing equipment, and accurately and efficiently detect functional or manufacturing defects in integrated circuits. The specific research content includes testing circuit structure design, three-dimensional characterization of RF radiation testing, intelligent electromagnetic calculation modeling and simulation, development of RF testing instruments and automation testing equipment, providing technical support for RF chip research and development design and production manufacturing.

5、 Supporting conditions
Position of “Hundred Talents Plan”.
1. Salary. Within 6 years of employment, you can enjoy the “Hundred Talents Plan” position allowance. The comprehensive annual salary of assistant professors starts from 600000 yuan, and the comprehensive annual salary of associate professors starts from 690000 yuan (including position allowance);
