Job description ：

1. Responsible for the research and development of recombinant protein projects, including project research, plan output, task decomposition, and task execution;
2. Responsible for solving technical problems encountered during the project process, proposing effective solutions, and forming technical documentation;
3. Control the progress of the project, complete the phased goals of the project on time and with quality, and ultimately achieve the overall goal;
4. Responsible for assessing and guiding project team members.
Qualifications for the position.
1. PhD degree in synthetic biology, molecular/cell biology, chemistry, materials science, or related fields, with overseas study background preferred;
2. Research experience in plasmid design, engineering bacterial construction, recombinant protein, fermentation optimization, etc. is preferred;
3. Familiar with the national guidelines, policies, and regulations on medical device production, design, research and development, environmental protection, etc;
4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to independently carry out scientific research work
