Job Description.
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of company research and development projects (electrolytes and electrolyte materials, electrolytes, semi-solid, solid-state battery materials);
2. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the company’s product technology roadmap, promoting product iteration and upgrading;
3. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors;
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, no major restrictions;
2. Have good learning and communication skills, strong logical thinking ability;
3. Have innovative consciousness and spirit, be brave to accept challenges and able to withstand work pressure;
4. Strong team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, and execution ability;
5. Physically healthy, hardworking, and capable of withstanding pressure;
6. Priority given to those with a research background or relevant work experience;
