Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the preparation, synthesis, and purification of oligonucleotides and novel nucleotide monomers, establishing an oligonucleotide and nucleotide monomer synthesis platform that meets the company’s research and development needs, and improving corresponding process specifications and SOPs;
2. Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the company, completing the chemical synthesis, special modification, purification, and structural identification of nucleic acid drugs and monomeric compounds (nucleotides, linkers);
3. Responsible for the chemical synthesis of nucleic acid drugs and the establishment of specific implementation plans and steps for modification experiments, guiding implementation and monitoring progress; Capable of independently developing and adjusting experimental plans, writing experimental reports, and interpreting experimental data;
4. Track the research and technological development of nucleic acid drugs at home and abroad, conduct literature research and report on nucleic acid synthesis technology, nucleic acid chemical modification technology, etc;
5. Participate in the development of nucleic acid drugs to meet the requirements of the research and development stage; Collaborate with drug discovery, chemical analysis, pharmacology and toxicology research teams both inside and outside the company to advance research and development projects and ensure progress.

Job requirements.
1. Educational requirements. Doctoral degree or above. Excellent master’s students may have their educational requirements relaxed appropriately. Those with rich experience in nucleoside and nucleic acid chemical synthesis and modification (base, skeleton, sugar ring) are preferred;
2. Major in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering and technology, chemistry, pharmacy and other chemical related fields, with solid skills in organic synthesis, separation and structural identification;
3. Capable of conducting literature review, proficiently completing chemical reactions based on literature, and analyzing the results; Being able to provide timely feedback on problems encountered during experiments and seek solutions;
4. Excellent learning ability, strong interest in nucleic acid drug development and synthesis process research, proficiency in oligonucleotide solid-phase synthesis and coupling, and familiarity with relevant equipment are preferred;
5. Individuals with excellent teamwork and professional dedication, as well as experience leading experimental teams in scientific research and development, are preferred.
