Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the research and development of industry language model algorithms, and implementing the model’s application in financial technology and urban intelligence scenarios;
2. Responsible for tracking cutting-edge technologies in the artificial and language industries, and researching methods for their application and implementation;
3. Responsible for researching and improving data annotation, model tuning, and model deployment of LLM algorithm to enhance its performance and efficiency;
4. Responsible for conducting specialized research and development in fields such as text retrieval, multi turn dialogue, text analysis, and data question answering;
5. Responsible for completing team soft power building and other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements.
1. PhD degrees in computer science, automation, mathematics, and related fields from overseas universities, with in-depth research and thinking in the field of AI;
2. Have a deep understanding of the principles and differences of mainstream NLP models such as GPT3/chatGPT/T5/LaMA/GLM/Qianwen/Baichuan;
3. Those with a deep understanding and practical experience in LLM, as well as experience in pre training and controllable content generation, are preferred;
4. Proficient in algorithm training paradigms such as Tongyi Qianwen, with experience in building NLP large models (with billions of parameters or more) from scratch preferred;
5. Priority will be given to those with NLP top publishing experience (ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/SIGIR/NeuIPS, etc.);
6. Familiar with deep learning tools such as PyTorch and DeepSpeed, proficient in Python programming language and Linux development environment;
7. Dare to face practical challenges, excellent self drive, technical disassembly, teamwork ability, and have a vision of solving business problems and creating product value through technology.
