Job Responsibilities
[Technical Research] According to departmental planning, plan, undertake or participate in various exploratory and pioneering technical research work, and participate in discussions and implementation of research and development, quality, process and other technical departments, including but not limited to.
1. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation process of product related technical research projects;
2. Introduction, cultivation, and transformation of new technology pipelines and product pipelines;
3. Writing the application form for technology projects and organizing their implementation after project approval;
4. Expand and maintain academic resources to facilitate cooperation;
5. Technical endorsement for enhancing the technological image of enterprises, including planning and organizing the output of papers, patents, promotional materials, and other content;
6. Participate in product endorsement and academic promotion activities in the sales department.
Public Affairs
Participate in public affairs arranged by the department, including but not limited to.
1. Management and maintenance of public facilities, guidance and training for new employees, file organization and summary;
2. Participate in external academic, technical communication, and product promotion;
3. Provide technical materials or manuscripts for relevant official account;
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to carry out quality management system related work, including system self inspection, internal audit, rectification, and report preparation.
Qualifications for Employment
【 Education and major 】
1. Doctoral degrees in related fields such as biomedicine, biomaterials, materials science, molecular cells, immunology, etc;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical medicine.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and self motivation;
2. Strong project planning, organization, and management skills, as well as cross departmental communication and coordination abilities; Strong team spirit;
3. Possess strong learning ability and stress resistance;
4. Outgoing and active personality, good at communication, and possessing certain negotiation skills.
Skills and Qualifications
Having a high level of industry expertise or academic achievement in fields such as medical devices, biomaterials, or biomedical engineering can effectively lead and promote the docking of academic experts, the introduction and cultivation of new technology pipelines, and product pipelines.
[Work Experience]
1. Work experience is not limited, but those with more than 2 years of experience in research and development or technology in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry are preferred;
2. Have technical work experience in medical material development, application or performance research, toxicological evaluation, animal experiments, methodological research, etc; Experience in leading the development and application of medical device products, or leading provincial-level or above scientific and technological projects is preferred.
