Job description ：
Duty.
1. Assist department leaders in formulating the company’s product development plan;
2. According to the new product development plan, research and develop new drugs;
3. Complete research and development experiments, record, analyze, and process experimental results;
4. Responsible for the quality of the new drug development process, assisting in testing the quality of new products, ensuring that new products comply with various standards and practical regulations such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.;
5. Cooperate with the project initiation and screening of new products to ensure timely completion of research and development tasks;
6. Collect industry R&D information and track the latest R&D development trends.
Job requirements.
1. Good information gathering and research and development skills, able to assist in completing quality research work such as formulation process research or quality standard formulation, with strong hands-on ability;
2. Familiar with regulatory documents such as drug management regulations and drug registration regulations; Familiar with the requirements for application materials and other drug research related regulations, experience in project management is preferred;
3. To engage in quality research work, proficiency in the use and maintenance of important precision analytical instruments is required;
4. Good teamwork spirit, able to endure hardship, good at learning and summarizing;
5. Proactive, honest and upright; Has a high sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;
