Job description :
Main research content.
① Study the relationship between electric repulsion and environmental temperature, current (magnitude and direction), product structure, contact pressure, contact surface condition (such as surface roughness), contact material (such as hardness), and other factors;
② Analyze and predict the dynamic changes in electric repulsion with the increase of durability times and the changes in related factors (such as the decrease in contact pressure and the deterioration of surface contact state).
Topic objective.
① By calculation and simulation, improve the electric stability of products such as HFV19/V29/V22 and OBC relays under high current short-circuit conditions, and ensure that the contacts do not pop open due to the influence of electric repulsion during the entire service life of the relay (mainly considering short-circuit conditions);
② The simulation results are mutually verified with existing empirical calculation formulas, and a reliable regression equation is established. The calculation and analysis accuracy error is within 10%, which guides the optimization of relay structure design with short-circuit electric stability requirements and meets application requirements.
