Job description ：
1. Collaborate with hospitals and doctors to conduct clinical application research on surgical robots, participate in scientific research project design and project execution plans, and promote the output of academic achievements;
2. Work closely with clinical users to explore the scientific research value of surgical robot technology and products, and establish a scientific research service/product system and process
3. Track academic hotspots and publications in the field of surgical robots, share and update with the team.
4. Work closely with the marketing team and participate in key customer visits and marketing activities.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree holders in medical related fields and master’s degree holders with extensive experience in publishing academic papers are also welcome;
2. Have a considerable understanding of minimally invasive surgery (endoscopy or surgical robots), have research experience in minimally invasive surgery, and project experience is preferred;
3. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read, write, and revise English papers;
4. Good communication and expression skills, able to communicate daily and professional knowledge with doctors;
5. Possess certain project management skills to drive scientific research projects to proceed according to predetermined goals.
