Recruitment of Scientific Research Assistant of Electrochemical Process Research Group of Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process, Chinese Academy of Sciences
1、 Introduction to the research group.
The Electrochemical Process Research Group of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process has gathered a group of young researchers who are motivated, full of dreams and fighting spirit. The research group is mainly dedicated to the application and research of proton exchange membrane fuel cell materials, components, processes, and systems. Currently, it has undertaken 12 national and provincial level projects, including Sino Japanese government science and technology cooperation projects, national 863 projects, and national natural science foundation. A series of innovative achievements have been made in the basic research and engineering development of fuel cell materials, components, stacks, and system applications.
2、 Job requirements for recruitment
（1） Research direction.
1. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell materials, components, processes, and systems;
2. Power Battery Management System (BMS);
3. Automated Manufacturing Equipment and Process Control for Power Batteries;
（2） Application requirements.
1. Passionate about scientific research, possessing a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and daring to innovate;
2. Chemical engineering, materials chemistry, electrochemistry, physical chemistry, or other related chemical engineering majors;
3. Priority consideration will be given to those with a background in proton exchange membrane fuel cell research and development;
